## Shipping and delivery

### Where do orders ship from, and who carries them?

Every order ships from our base in Perth, Western Australia, and travels with Australia Post or CouriersPlease. Once your bank transfer has cleared and we've packed your order, it goes out and you'll get a tracking email so you can follow it from Perth all the way to your door.

### Are you a Perth-based peptide supplier?

Yes - Form Laboratories is based in Perth, Western Australia, and every order is packed and dispatched from here. We're online-only, so there's no storefront to visit, but being local means Perth and WA orders usually see the fastest delivery times, and we ship Australia-wide via Australia Post or CouriersPlease. Every compound is supplied strictly for research use.

### How long will delivery take?

Standard shipping typically arrives in 5-7 days, and Express Post in 2-3 business days, counted from dispatch. Orders within WA tend to arrive quickest, and the eastern states sit at the longer end of those windows. Once your parcel is with Australia Post or CouriersPlease, your tracking link shows the most accurate, up-to-date estimate for your exact address - that's always the best guide to the day itself.

### How much is shipping?

Both delivery speeds are shown at checkout before you pay, with nothing added afterwards. Standard shipping is a flat $10 and arrives in 5-7 days; Express Post is a flat $20 and arrives in 2-3 business days. If your order comes to $250 or more, standard shipping is free - Express stays $20 if you want the faster window. Your full total is displayed on the checkout page before you commit.

### Do you ship internationally, and do orders go through customs?

No to both. We ship within Australia only, dispatched from Perth to Australian addresses through Australia Post or CouriersPlease - we aren't able to send overseas at the moment, so please don't place an order expecting international delivery. Because your parcel starts in Perth and finishes at an Australian address, it never leaves the country, never re-enters it, and is never presented for import inspection. That's the practical difference between ordering from an Australian supplier and ordering from overseas: there's no import step in the journey that can delay a parcel.

### Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Everything ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging - nothing on the outside identifies the contents or the store. Inside, each vial is protected for the journey.

### When does my order actually get dispatched?

We dispatch after your bank transfer lands and we've matched it to your order. Until the transfer clears, your order sits as 'awaiting payment', so if you're in a hurry, a faster transfer such as PayID or Osko gets things moving sooner. As soon as it's packed and handed to Australia Post or CouriersPlease, your tracking email goes out automatically.

### Will my lab report (COA) be in the box?

Certificates of Analysis are available on request.

## Ordering and payment

### How do I place an order?

Ordering works a little differently to a typical online shop, so here's the full run-through. Browse the compounds, add what you'd like to your cart, and go to checkout. Instead of paying by card on the spot, you enter your details and we email you an invoice with our bank account details. You then pay by bank transfer, quoting the reference on the invoice. As soon as that payment lands and we match it to your order, we pack everything up and send it out.

### How do I pay, and where are the bank details?

Payment is by bank transfer (prepay). After you place the order, we email you an invoice with the account name, BSB, account number, and a payment reference to quote. Pay by transfer and always include that reference - it's how we match your payment to your order and get it moving.

### Can I pay faster so my order ships sooner?

Yes. A standard bank transfer can take a business day or two to arrive, whereas a faster method like PayID or Osko usually clears much sooner - which means we can dispatch sooner. Your order stays 'awaiting payment' until the transfer is reconciled, so a quicker transfer directly speeds things up.

### When is my order counted as paid?

When your transfer lands in our account and we match it to your order using the reference on the invoice. At that point the order moves from 'awaiting payment' to paid, and we pack and dispatch it. Until then it stays on hold.

### Can I add bacteriostatic water to my order?

Yes. Bacteriostatic water - the sterile water used to reconstitute freeze-dried peptides for research handling - is offered as an optional add-on at checkout. It doesn't have its own product page; you'll simply see the option to add it to your order while you check out.

### Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order reference. If your transfer hasn't cleared yet and we haven't dispatched, we can usually help. Once an order has been paid and dispatched, changes aren't possible - so reach out early if something needs adjusting.

### Can support tell me which product to buy or how to use it?

We can help with anything to do with your order, invoice, payment, tracking, your account, or your lab report. But everything we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory research use only, so we can't give medical, dosing, or usage advice, and nothing here is intended for use by people or animals.

## Product records and lab report (COA)

### What is a lab report (COA)?

A lab report - the Certificate of Analysis, or COA - records the tests performed on a batch (lot). Read the tests and findings stated on the report; a heavy-metals screen does not measure purity or confirm identity.

### Where do I find my COA?

Certificates of Analysis are available on request. Email support with your order reference and the lot number printed on the vial label.

### Where's the lot number, and why does it matter?

Every vial has its lot (batch) number printed on the label. Compare that number with any available report: the two must match for the report to describe that lot. Keep the label when asking about documentation.

### Why isn't the COA printed in the box?

Certificates of Analysis are available on request.

### I have a question about a specific batch - what should I send?

Include your order reference, the compound name and size, and the printed lot number from the vial label. Those details help us check the documentation question.

### What does 'for research use only' mean?

Everything we supply is strictly for laboratory and research use. In plain terms: these are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics, or food; they are not intended for people or animals to take in any form; and we make no health claims about them. When you order, you're confirming the materials are for legitimate research purposes only.

## Storage and handling

### How should I store the material when it arrives?

Store the freeze-dried reference material refrigerated at 2-8 C and keep it out of direct light. Freeze-dried peptides are generally most stable kept cool, dry, sealed, and away from light and heat until they're used in the lab. Read the storage note on the label and any available report.

### What condition does it arrive in?

As a freeze-dried (lyophilised) powder, sealed in its vial. The label shows the compound, size, lot number, and storage note.

### Which records should I keep together?

Keep the vial, its label (with the printed lot number), and any available report together. Compare the lot number on an available report with the label; the two must match for the report to describe that lot. Include your order reference and printed lot number when asking about documentation or a damaged parcel.

### Can support advise on reconstitution, preparation, or use?

No. We can help with storage records, any available report, and anything about your order - but we can't advise on reconstitution, preparation, or use. The material is supplied for laboratory research only, and those decisions belong with the receiving lab and its own written protocols.

### What can support check for a storage or handling question?

Include your order reference and the printed lot number from the vial label so we can check available documentation for your storage or handling question.

## Returns, refunds and problems

### What if my order arrives damaged?

Don't throw anything away. Keep the outer packaging, the vial, and the label exactly as they arrived, take a few clear photos showing the damage, and email us at hello@formlaboratories.com with your order reference and those photos as soon as you can. We'll review it and, for anything that has arrived damaged, sort out a refund. Hanging onto the packaging and label genuinely matters - they're what let us confirm the batch and resolve everything quickly.

### What is your refund policy?

There are two situations where you're covered. First, if your order arrives damaged, we refund it - just keep the packaging and label, photograph the damage, and email us with your order reference. Second, our purity guarantee applies to the purity stated on the Certificate of Analysis (COA) supplied with your order or available on request. If, within 30 days of your order, an independent lab re-tests that batch and finds it below that purity, we refund the order in full - no need to return the vial.

### How does the 30-day purity guarantee work?

Our purity guarantee applies to the purity stated on the Certificate of Analysis (COA) supplied with your order or available on request. If, within 30 days of your order, an independent lab re-tests that batch and finds it below that purity, we refund the order in full - no need to return the vial.

### Can I return something I've changed my mind about?

Because these are research reference materials, we're not able to accept change-of-mind returns on vials once they've shipped. What we do cover is anything that arrives damaged, plus the 30-day purity guarantee above.

### Something's wrong with my order - a missing or incorrect item. What do I do?

Email us at hello@formlaboratories.com with your order reference and a short description (photos help), and we'll check it against exactly what was dispatched and make it right.

### How do I contact support?

The best way to reach us is by email at hello@formlaboratories.com. Whether it's about placing an order, paying your invoice, where your parcel is, finding your lab report, or something that's gone wrong, that address reaches a real person who can look up your order and help. Include your order reference in your first email - and, if it's about a specific vial, the batch (lot) number printed on the label - so we can find your order straight away and get you a useful answer faster.

## Your account and order records

### What's kept in my account?

Your account keeps your orders and their status in one place. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.

### How do I track my order?

Once we've packed your order and handed it to Australia Post or CouriersPlease, we automatically email you a tracking number. Drop that number into the Australia Post or CouriersPlease website or app to follow your parcel from Perth to your door and see its estimated delivery date. If you created an account at checkout, your order and its current status are saved there too, so you can check back any time.

### My order still says 'awaiting payment' - why?

That means your bank transfer hasn't been matched to your order yet. Usually it just needs the transfer to clear - a faster method like PayID or Osko is quicker - and it helps to have quoted the invoice reference so we can match the payment. If it's been a while since you paid, email us with your order reference and we'll check.

### I haven't received a tracking email - what should I do?

Usually it just means your bank transfer hasn't cleared yet, or the order hasn't been dispatched. Once payment is reconciled and we've handed the parcel to Australia Post or CouriersPlease, the tracking email goes out automatically. If your payment has cleared and there's still nothing after that, email us with your order reference and we'll look into it.

### I can't find my lab report - where is it?

Certificates of Analysis are available on request. Include your order reference and the lot number printed on the vial label when contacting support.

### Which details help you find my order the fastest?

Your order reference and the email on your account. If your question is about a specific vial, add the printed lot number too. Those details help us check your order and documentation question.
