Privacy policy.
This policy explains what information Form Laboratories collects when you order or subscribe, why we hold it, who helps us process it, and how you can ask to see or delete it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the items on your order. We use your phone number to text you updates about that order — payment received, shipped, or cancelled. These are service messages, not marketing; reply STOP to any of them and we will stop texting you. If you subscribe to store notes from the footer, we collect your email address for that purpose only.
We do not ask for, or store, your bank details. Payment is made by bank transfer or PayID directly from your bank to ours, so your card and account credentials never pass through this website.
Why we use it
We use your details to accept and match your payment, pack and dispatch your order, send you order and tracking updates, keep your batch paperwork attached to your account, and answer any support questions. If you have opted in, we use your email or phone number to send the store and batch updates you asked for. We do not use your information for anything you have not agreed to.
Where it is stored
Order and account records are held in our database, hosted on Supabase infrastructure. Your batch lab report (Certificate of Analysis) is saved to your account rather than printed and shipped, so it stays attached to your order and cannot be lost in transit.
Who processes it
We use GoHighLevel as our communications processor to send order emails and SMS on our behalf, and Australia Post to carry and track your parcel. These providers only receive the information needed to do their part. We never sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use two kinds of analytics to understand how the store is used and to improve it, and they work differently.
Google Analytics only runs if you choose “Accept” on the consent banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, it is never loaded: no Google Analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. When it does run, your IP address is anonymised.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which runs on every visit, including if you decline. We are telling you this plainly because it is not covered by the banner. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. It counts page views and general things like which page was viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device was used, so we can see which pages are actually useful. Vercel, who host this site, process that data on our behalf.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind. Standard browser tracker-blocking extensions block Vercel Web Analytics like any other analytics script, and we do nothing to work around them.
Access and deletion
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@formlaboratories.com with your request and your order reference and we will action it. Note that we may need to keep certain order records where the law requires us to.
To stop receiving marketing messages, use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any SMS, or email us and we will remove you.
