Damaged-on-arrival orders are refunded, and every compound carries a 30-day purity guarantee backed by its lab report.
If your order arrives damaged
Do not throw anything away. Keep the outer packaging, the vial, and the label exactly as they arrived, take a few clear photos showing the damage, and email us at hello@formlaboratories.com with your order reference and those photos as soon as you can. We will review it and, for anything that has arrived damaged, sort out a refund. Hanging on to the packaging and label genuinely matters; they are what let us confirm the batch and resolve everything quickly.
30-day purity guarantee
Each batch’s Certificate of Analysis states a measured purity. If, within 30 days of your order, an independent lab re-tests that batch and finds it below the purity stated on its certificate, we refund the order in full, and you do not need to send the vial back. It is a straightforward way to stand behind the quality on the paperwork.
Refund policy
There are two situations where you are covered. First, if your order arrives damaged, we refund it; just keep the packaging and label, photograph the damage, and email us with your order reference. Second, every compound carries the 30-day purity guarantee above. Approved refunds are returned to the account your payment came from.
Change of mind
Because these are research reference materials with batch-linked paperwork, we are not able to accept change-of-mind returns on vials once they have shipped. What we do cover is anything that arrives damaged, plus the 30-day purity guarantee above. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
