Damaged-on-arrival orders are refunded, and every compound carries a 30-day purity guarantee.
If your order arrives damaged
If your order arrives damaged, email us and we will refund it. Do not throw anything away. Keep the outer packaging, the vial and the label exactly as they arrived. Take a few clear photos of the damage. Then email us at hello@formlaboratories.com with your order reference and the photos as soon as you can. We will review it and refund anything that arrived damaged. The packaging and label matter. They let us confirm the batch and sort it out quickly.
30-day purity guarantee
Our purity guarantee covers the purity stated on the Certificate of Analysis (COA) supplied with your order or available on request. Suppose an independent lab re-tests that batch within 30 days of your order. If it finds the purity below the figure on that COA, we refund the order in full. You do not need to send the vial back. This is how we stand behind the quality on the paperwork.
Refund policy
You are covered in two situations. First, if your order arrives damaged, we refund it. Keep the packaging and label, photograph the damage, and email us with your order reference. Second, every compound carries the 30-day purity guarantee above. Approved refunds go back to the account your payment came from.
Change of mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns on vials once they have shipped. These are research reference materials with batch-linked paperwork. We do cover anything that arrives damaged, plus the 30-day purity guarantee above. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
