Shipping and delivery.
Every order is packed and dispatched from Perth, Western Australia, and travels Australia-wide with Australia Post once your payment has cleared.
Where we ship from
We are online-only and ship from our base in Perth, Western Australia. Orders travel with Australia Post to addresses right across the country. WA and Perth orders usually see the fastest delivery; the eastern states take a little longer.
Shipping cost
Both delivery speeds are shown at checkout before you pay, with nothing added afterwards. Standard shipping is a flat $10 and arrives in 5-7 days. Express Post is a flat $20 and arrives in 2-3 business days. If your order comes to $250 or more, standard shipping is free; Express stays $20 if you want the faster window. Your full total is always displayed on the checkout page before you commit.
When we dispatch
We dispatch after your bank transfer lands and we have matched it to your order. Until the transfer clears, your order sits as “awaiting payment”, so a faster transfer such as PayID or Osko gets things moving sooner. As soon as your order is packed and handed to Australia Post, a tracking email goes out automatically.
Delivery time
Standard shipping typically arrives in 5-7 days, and Express Post in 2-3 business days, counted from dispatch. Once your parcel is with Australia Post, your tracking link shows the most accurate, up-to-date estimate for your exact address - that is always the best guide to the day itself.
Packaging
Everything ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging; nothing on the outside identifies the contents or the store. Your batch lab report is saved to your account rather than placed in the box, so it stays attached to your order and cannot be lost in transit.
Customs and borders
Your parcel does not go through customs. It starts in Perth and finishes at an Australian address, so it never leaves the country, never re-enters it, and is never presented for import inspection. That is the practical difference between ordering domestically and ordering from an overseas supplier: there is no import step in the journey that can delay a parcel.
Perth and regional WA
The delivery windows above are national. Because your parcel is lodged in Perth rather than shipped across the country to reach you, Perth metropolitan and regional WA addresses sit at the short end of them. We do not quote a separate WA-only figure, because the honest answer varies by suburb and by how Australia Post is running that week - your tracking link carries the real estimate for your address, and we would rather point you at that than at a number we cannot control.
In-person collection
We do not offer collection or a Perth pickup point. We are an online-only supplier with no public counter, so every order is dispatched rather than collected. If you are in Perth and want your order quickly, Express Post at checkout is the fastest option available.
International orders
We ship within Australia only. We are not able to send overseas at the moment, so please do not place an order expecting international delivery.
