Every order is packed and dispatched from Perth, Western Australia, and travels Australia-wide with Australia Post or CouriersPlease once your payment has cleared.
Delivery to Perth and every state
Form Laboratories typically delivers to Perth in 5–7 days by Standard shipping, or in 2–3 business days by Express Post. We count from dispatch. Perth and WA addresses are usually at the short end of these national windows. We do not quote a separate time for each suburb or town.

Orders travel Australia-wide with Australia Post or CouriersPlease. These are typical times. Regional and remote places can take longer. Your tracking link gives the latest estimate for your address.
Dispatch follows your bank transfer clearing and being matched to your order. A tracking email goes out automatically when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Standard shipping costs $10 and Express Post $20. Orders over $200 get free standard shipping and a free BAC Water; orders over $300 also get free Express Post.
Materials are supplied for laboratory research use only. Read the delivery times from Perth by state for the carrier bands and their limits.
Where we ship from
We ship from our base in Perth, Western Australia. We are online-only. Orders go with Australia Post or CouriersPlease to addresses across Australia. WA and Perth orders usually arrive fastest. The eastern states take a little longer.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat $10 and arrives in 5-7 days. Express Post is a flat $20 and arrives in 2-3 business days. If your products come to more than $200 after any discount, you get a free BAC Water and free standard shipping. Over $300, Express is free too. Both speeds show at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards. Your full total is always on the checkout page before you commit.
When we dispatch
We dispatch after your bank transfer lands and we have matched it to your order. Until the transfer clears, your order shows as “awaiting payment”. A fast transfer such as PayID or Osko gets things moving sooner. When your order is packed and handed to Australia Post or CouriersPlease, a tracking email goes out automatically.
Delivery time
Standard shipping usually arrives in 5-7 days, and Express Post in 2-3 business days. We count from dispatch. Once your parcel is with Australia Post or CouriersPlease, your tracking link shows the latest estimate for your address. That is the best guide to the delivery day.
Packaging
Everything ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside shows the contents or the store. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.
Customs and borders
Your parcel does not go through customs. It starts in Perth and ends at an Australian address. It never leaves the country, never re-enters it, and is never checked for import. An overseas order is different, because it has an import step that can delay the parcel. Yours has no import step.
Perth and regional WA
Perth metropolitan and regional WA addresses sit at the short end of the delivery times above. The times apply across Australia. Your parcel is lodged in Perth, so it does not cross the country to reach you. We do not quote a separate WA-only figure. The real time depends on your suburb and on how Australia Post or CouriersPlease is running that week. Your tracking link shows the real estimate for your address. We would rather point you there than give a number we cannot control.
In-person collection
We do not offer collection or a Perth pickup point. We are an online-only supplier with no public counter. Every order is dispatched, not collected. If you are in Perth and want your order quickly, Express Post at checkout is the fastest option available.
International orders
We ship within Australia only. We cannot send overseas at the moment. Please do not place an order expecting international delivery.
