Terms of sale.
These terms apply to every order placed with Form Laboratories. By checking out you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
Research use only
Everything we supply is sold strictly as reference material for laboratory research use only. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this website is medical advice, guidance for personal use, or a recommendation of any kind. By placing an order you confirm you are acquiring the material for laboratory research purposes only.
21 or over
You must be at least 21 years old to order from us. You confirm this twice: once on entry to the site, and again at checkout, where you also confirm that you understand the research-use-only condition above.
Payment
Orders are paid up front by bank transfer or PayID, using the account details shown at checkout and on your order confirmation. We do not take card payments and we never see your banking credentials. Prices are shown in Australian dollars, and the flat-rate shipping figure is displayed at checkout before you commit, with nothing added afterwards.
Order acceptance
Placing an order creates a request to buy, not a completed sale. Your order is accepted once we have matched your payment to it; until then it sits as “awaiting payment”. We dispatch after the transfer clears. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example where stock is unavailable or a payment cannot be matched, and we will refund anything already paid in that case.
Cancellation of unpaid orders
An order that stays unpaid may be cancelled automatically after a reasonable period. If you decide not to proceed before paying, you can simply let the order lapse or email us to cancel it. Returns and refunds after dispatch are covered by our returns policy.
Limitation
Because the material is supplied for laboratory research use only, responsibility for its safe handling, storage, and use sits with the receiving laboratory and its own written protocols. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to supplying material that matches its batch paperwork, as covered by the purity guarantee in our returns policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Questions about an order can be sent to hello@formlaboratories.com.
