How to check a peptide supplier is legit
To tell if a peptide supplier is legit, check what the supplier publishes. Look for company details, certificates of analysis (COAs), clear research-use-only labels, packing claims that match the site and a contact you can reach. You can check each point yourself before you buy. This guide lists the checks and then shows what Form Laboratories publishes for each one.

Peptide shops can be hard to tell apart. What differs is how much each one lets you check. Use this short list before you order from any supplier, including us. You do not need to trust a claim. You can check it.

What company details should a supplier publish?
A supplier should say who it is, where it works and how to reach it. Look for a clear about page, a named place and a working email address. A site that hides all of this gives you nothing to check.
Be clear about what the details tell you. A named place does not prove a supplier is good. It only gives you something to ask about. Form Laboratories says on its about page that it is online only, with no shopfront or collection counter.
Can you see the certificate of analysis before you buy?
A good supplier lets you see its certificates of analysis (lab reports on one sample) without asking first. A COA helps only if its lot number matches the lot on your vial. A report for a different lot says nothing about your vial.
Read what the report tested. A report covers only the tests it names. The Form Laboratories COA page lists the current lot for each product and any lab report on file. It also says when no sample report is on file.
Is the product clearly labelled for research use only?
A research supplier should say research use only on its pages. The supplier should not mix that line with talk of personal use. If a page blurs it, ask why.
Form Laboratories supplies all material for laboratory research use only. It is not for human or animal use.
Do the packing and shipping claims match the site?
Packing and shipping claims should match what the site says everywhere else. Check the carrier, the tracking and the delivery times against the shipping page. A claim that changes from page to page is a warning sign.
Form Laboratories packs and lodges every order in Perth with Australia Post or CouriersPlease. Parcels travel in plain, unbranded packaging, and a tracking email follows dispatch.
Can you reach the supplier before you pay?
A real business answers questions before you pay. Send one question by email and see how clearly the reply answers it. Do this before you order.
You can email Form Laboratories at hello@formlaboratories.com. Support can help with orders, invoices, COA lookups and shipping questions. For a longer checklist on choosing a supplier, read how to choose a research peptide supplier in Perth.
FAQ
How can I tell if a peptide supplier is legit?
Check five things on the supplier's own pages. They are company details, COA access, research-use-only labelling, packing claims that match the site and a contact you can reach. Test each one yourself before you buy.
Is Form Laboratories legit?
Form Laboratories asks you to check it, not to take our word. We are an online-only supplier in Perth, Western Australia. We supply material for laboratory research use only. Our about page and COA page show what we publish. Run the five checks above.
Does Form Laboratories have reviews?
This guide shows no reviews for Form Laboratories, and we do not make any up. Check what we publish instead. The COA page lists current lots and the lab reports on file.
Is there a peptide supplier with a certificate of analysis in Australia?
Yes. Form Laboratories lists the current lot for each product on its COA page, with any lab report on file. Each report covers only the sample, lot and tests it names. Match the lot number to the label on your vial.
Does Form Laboratories use third party testing?
Form Laboratories publishes the lab reports it has on file on its COA page. Read each report for the lab and the test named on it. A report applies only to its own sample and lot, not to a different lot.
